The concept of quality as we think of it now first emerged out of the Industrial Revolution; previously goods and services had been provided from start to finish by the same person or team of people with handcrafting and tweaking the product to meet ‘quality criteria’.

Diamond Electronic Systems Ltd is acutely aware of and acknowledges that the nature and quality of any installation work has to maintain the integrity of the system being installed and potentially minimise the duration and extent of any downtime of the system during maintenance or future modifications. Effectively any control system is only as good as the installation and associated cabling connecting it.

We pride ourselves in having grown a successful business based upon the extremely high standards we expect from our installations' and commissioning engineers. Our experienced and skilled teams will ensure you receive the highest standards for your installations of fire, security or building intelligent systems.

As such all our fully trained installation engineers are employed directly by Diamond Electronic Systems Ltd. No sub-contract labour is used, giving clients continuity of labour and the knowledge that every system is being installed to the highest level. All installations are carried out to and in accordance with the company quality standards, industry code of practice and both the UK and European Legislation requirements.
