The EST3 has both the power and the capacity to handle even the largest installations. Supporting Signature Series multi-sensor analogue detectors on a multi-priority peer-to-peer token ring network, EST3 boasts exceptional alarm response and virtually fail-safe operation. It features the following:

Evacuation of large complex sites solved
The EST3 Life Safety System provides a complete solution to the orderly evacuation of occupants from large and complex buildings in case of fire. Fire detection, voice alarm and emergency fire telephones are all integrated seamlessly in a unified control platform that is internationally trusted to deliver the best possible life protection. Each element of the EST3 system is carefully designed to meet applicable UK and European product standards. Hardware and software is distributed and modular to provide exceptional survivability in situations of crisis. The system is highly flexible and can be tailored easily to the ever changing needs of modern installations. 

Fire detection
Approved to EN54-2 the EST3 fire detection system supports an extensive range of high performance analogue addressable fire alarm devices. Up to 64 control panels can be networked in a secure loop configuration giving a total capacity of 160,000 field devices. Panels interact in a true peer-to peer fashion using a multi priority token passing protocol. An alarm can be raised across the entire network in under three seconds.

Comprehensive interfacing and integration options are complemented by sophisticated control abilities.

Emergency fire telephones
The EST3 fire telephone system complies fully to BS5839 Pt 9. Telephone call stations distributed across the site are used by fire-fighters or wardens to communicate with the control room and each other across a high integrity secure circuit.
 
Voice alarm with eight channel audio
It is widely recognised that people respond to voice alarm messages more quickly and with less confusion than to electronic sounders or bells. The EST3 voice alarm system complies with BS5839 Pt8 and features zonal paging of live or recorded voice messages across the site. Eight channels of high quality digital messages are fed across the system at any time and any message can be selected for transmission in any zone by efficient user controls or by system programming.
